Family of 4,2 kids - 11 and 14. No drama. Have had good experiences with nannies in the past.
Kids will need will need rides to various activities and someone to be present during mid-morning - mid-afternoon. Will need rides to/from camps on some weeks. Can use light housework for additional hours, esp when kids are otherwise occupied.
