I have an 8-year-old son whom I have full-time. Care is primarily weekday coverage, including school drop-off between 7:15–7:50 AM, school pick-up at 3:20 PM, and after-school care until I return home around 6:00–7:00 PM. His school is in our neighborhood.

He plays on a select baseball team with practices 2–3 evenings per week and occasional games, so reliable transportation and flexibility are important.

I am a first responder and may have occasional on-call needs, but weekends are generally off unless planned in advance. We live in a family-friendly neighborhood with great amenities, and I value open communication, respect, and a low-stress environment.
