Part-time sitter for infant boy

My husband and I are having a baby boy next month. I own my own business as a barber. I will be able to take 6 weeks off but then will need help so I can go to work.
I will need him to be fed at the proper times, change his diapers when needed and just hold him and rock him to sleep.
I am currently in Fort Worth off 820 and beach. I will be needing care 3 days out of the week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
