Seeking a warm, reliable nanny for our 3-month-old and 2-year-old. Main focus: infant care (feeding, play, routine), with occasional helping with toddler. You'll work alongside involved grandparents (who will focus on the toddler), so comfort collaborating with family is key.

We love Montessori-style, child-led activities and prefer engagement over screens. Downtime tasks include bottle/pump cleaning, kids' laundry, and tidying play areas.

Pay: $22–25/hr, negotiable.

Requirements: infant care experience, Infant/Child CPR cert, up-to-date vaccines (incl. COVID), patient and nurturing nature.
