We are seeking a patient, compassionate, and experienced nanny to care for our toddler. Our child is loving and energetic but can have aggressive tantrums as they navigate big emotions.The nanny will engage our child in educational activities, provide supervision, and ensure safety during playtime. Daily tasks include preparing snacks, assisting with routines, and promoting positive behavior. The nanny must have a reliable car for transportation needs. The schedule is on weekdays from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will have experience managing challenging toddler behaviors, uses positive behavior strategies, and the ability to stay calm and supportive during difficult moments.
