Looking for a part time,loving, engaging, reliable nanny for my two children. (5y old and 2y old.)

I am a NICU nurse and former nanny myself. I have a rotating schedule where I work 2 days a week, Monday and Tuesday one week then Thursday and Friday the next. I need someone who can work this schedule if possible. Potentially willing to negotiate my schedule for the right person. The hours I need are 06:00-5:15/5:30pm. Total of 22.5-23hrs/week.
OR 2pm-8:30pm schedule if needed.

We have cats in the home.
We cloth diaper.
Must be willing to walk kids 1/2 mile to and from school.
