Looking for an energetic, proactive Mother’s Helper for our 1.5-year-old, M–F 8:30AM–4:30PM (40 hrs guaranteed). Great fit for a college student or recent grad! You won’t just follow her around - you’ll lead her day. That means taking initiative, keeping her actively engaged in creative play, managing her schedule confidently, and staying one step ahead. Duties: following her daily routine, helping during meals, washing her 1–2 plates/cups, cleaning pacifiers, tidying toys. Afternoons include naptime -flexibility required! I work from home and handle all meal prep. Your job is to show up ready to engage.
Reliable transport, toddler experience would be preferred.
