We are seeking a full-time nanny (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch) to care for our 18-month-old son and newborn daughter, due in August. The position starts as soon as possible. We’re looking for someone with experience caring for both infants and toddlers who is warm, dependable, and adaptable to the changing needs of a growing family. We take a child-centered approach to care, allowing our children’s interests to guide play and learning. We believe in gentle discipline through redirection and emotional regulation, and are looking for a nanny who shares these values and will support our children’s development with patience and care.
