Hi! We're the Eli family in Manvel, TX (Houston area) with three kids — ages 5, 3, and 1. They attend school and daycare on weekdays. We need a warm, reliable live-in mother's helper — ideal for a college or gap-year student. Private furnished bedroom + meals included. Weekdays: on-duty 4pm–11am (evenings 4–9pm for dinner/bedtime, overnight sleeping/on-call, mornings 6–11am for wake-up and school prep; off-duty 11am–4pm). Weekends: full-time with reasonable breaks. Pay: $900/month stipend (negotiable up to $1,200) + free room and board. Requirements: toddler/infant experience, driver's license + car-seat driving, CPR/first aid (or willing to get), background check, references, non-smoker.
