A warm family based in Midland, TX, is seeking a full-time live-in nanny/family assistant to join their family, caring for their soon-to-be 4- and 2-year-old daughters and a newborn due in May. The position will begin as soon as the ideal candidate is found, and the family will work with the candidate to determine a schedule that works for everyone. Typical hours will be Monday through Friday. The family asks for some flexibility for night and weekend coverage with notice if they have a social or work event. There may be some domestic travel eventually. Competitive pay depending on experience plus standard benefits. The nanny will have their own private bedroom and bathroom.
