We are a family of four in need of a skilled, compassionate nanny to support us during a difficult time. Mom, a former pediatric NP, was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Dad works from home and travels often. Our 5-year-old daughter just started kindergarten and loves play and “girl stuff,” while our smart 3-year-old son enjoys Barbies with his sister but needs firm boundaries. We seek a long-term nanny who is nurturing yet structured, able to guide with patience. Duties include school runs, childcare, dog care, errands, meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
