Hi! I'm looking for a nanny to care for my 4-month-old on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30-4:00. I work from home, but need someone who will take the lead during the day and stay engaged with my baby.

I'm looking for someone warm, attentive, reliable, and naturally engaging with babies. Someone who enjoys this stage and is comfortable taking initiative with play, feeding, and naps within a consistent routine.

The day would include:
- Age-appropriate play (e.g., tummy time and developmental activities)
- Preparing bottles and feeding
- Following nap routines
- I will handle diaper changes

Light baby-related tasks include:
- Loading bottles into the washer
- Keeping play and feeding areas tidy
