We’re a warm, respectful family in Round Rock looking for a nurturing, experienced full-time nanny to care for our sweet 7-month-old baby girl. We're hoping to find someone who shares our values of gentle parenting, a calm, screen-free environment, and Montessori-inspired, developmentally rich care.

* Is familiar with (or interested in) Montessori , sleep training and baby-led weaning
* Embraces screen-free, creative play.
* Baby duties such as diaper changes, bottle prep/feeding, cleaning bottles and meal prep along with light housekeeping.
* Keeps a clean and organized baby environment.

* Is up-to-date on vaccines (COVID, Tdap, flu), CPR/First Aid certified (or willing), and a non-smoker
* Is scent-sensitive (no strong perfumes/fragrances)
* Communicates clearly and warmly with parents
