Family of five is thrilled to welcome a new team member to their family and home! Children ages 7, 5, and nearly 3 years. The kids love arts and crafts, imaginative play, reading, and being outside. We live on a larger ranch property with a variety of animals, including dogs.
This role will rely on collaboration, and we are excited to build a schedule and routine that supports all parties, as we say goodbye to our current nanny. Both parents will be working in and out of the home. With an all-hands-on-deck spirit, the candidate can anticipate working to support mostly during the work week, with needs flexing for business travel. We are strong believers in the Montessori method and child-led learning and appreciate someone who aligns with this. We have a strong desire to build a long-term relationship with our nanny and household manager.
