We are looking for a reliable and consistent sitter to help provide structure and accountability for our teen. We need someone who is comfortable helping maintain routines and ensuring expectations are followed. Morning (most important): Ensure she is awake on time Confirm she is ready and out the door for school. Afternoon/Evening Be present when she gets home from school Ensure she: o Feeds and walks the dogs o Eats dinner o Completes assigned chores Maintain general order in the home (no deep cleaning required) Ensure she is in bed on time (9 PM) IDEAL CANDIDATE: Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working with teens Calm, consistent, and attentive Overnight stay not required
