Hi! I'm a work-from-home parent looking for a dependable person to care for my 4-month-old daughter while I'm in online meetings. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 - 4:00 p.m. mostly following the school-year with holidays off. Two 30-minute breaks each day, and b/c my meetings vary, there will be additional downtime when I can take over. What Im looking for: Someone who can engage my daughter through gentle play, keep her comfortable, and put her down for naps. A patient, caring presence who feels confident with infants (Previous infant experience is a big plus but not required since I will be working nearby).
