My fiancé and I have 3 kids ages 1,6,&12. My fiancé works days and i work nights therefore we are looking for a nanny that will assist us with the kids whenever we are both working the same days.

Getting to the house before my fiancé leaves to work at 4:30 am. I get home around 7:45-8am.
Take our 6 & 12yr to school then come back to the house to watch our 1yr old for 2-3hrs.
My fiancé works Monday-Friday (occasionally Saturday’s)
I work a 4/4 rotation therefore i work 4 days then off 4 days so we will only need a nanny on the 4 days i am working and occasionally we will ask for a sitter if your wanting to make extra money.
