We are seeking a highly engaged reliable & energetic nanny to care for our 17 month old daughter in a strictly screen free home. Our family values presence creativity rhythm nature & language guided by Montessori & Waldorf principles.

About the Role
• Part time with potential to grow into full time for the right person
• Schedule: Mostly mornings starting at 7:00 AM with occasional evenings or weekends (we are flexible & will work with your schedule)
• Daily responsibilities:
• Hands on creative play (reading music arts Montessori Waldorf activities)
• Outdoor activities & physical engagement (nature walks playground backyard play)
• Potty training support
• Trilingual learning exposure (Spanish Tagalog German fluency not required)
• Meal prep & cleanup (kitchen after meals her room & play areas)
• Light household support related to child care

What We Are Looking For
• High energy attentive fully present caregiver no phones no distractions
• Self sufficient & independent (both parents work from home & cannot provide constant direction)
• Patient creative emotionally attuned & physically active
• Punctual reliable & pet friendly
• Own reliable transportation
• Open to occasional travel
• Someone who will integrate into the family dynamic not just clock in clock out
