Above all else, we highly value someone who is dependable, punctual, and consistent. We’re looking for someone we can count on to arrive on time, communicate well, and provide a safe, nurturing environment for our children. Safety is extremely important to our family, and we’d love someone who is attentive, responsible, and experienced with young children.
Responsibilities:
Putting the girls down for quiet time/naps
Preparing and serving 2 snacks and lunch (the girls are easy eaters!)
Planning fun, age-appropriate activities each day such as walks, reading, crafts, and playtime
Tidying up around the house when possible
Occasional meal prep
