Looking for care for 2 children (5 & 2.5) & create a calm, predictable rhythm centered on outdoor play, creativity, imaginative exploration, & gentle transitions. Learning should be woven naturally into play, stories, nature, art, & everyday experiences. Patience w typical childhood food resistance is key. The most important quality is emotional groundedness. Our kids need a caregiver who stays calm during big emotions, holds warm, consistent boundaries, & helps them regulate w/o power struggles. We value a play-based, low-screen approach, comfort w nature-based activities, & interest in Waldorf education. Must have reliable transportation, CPR/First Aid certification, & pass background.
