Overnight Night Nanny Needed for Twin Newborns (2 Nights/Week)

We’re looking for a kind, experienced overnight nanny to help care for our twin newborn boys, two nights per week.
Our babies were born premature and are just at their due date, so we’re hoping to find someone with newborn experience, ideally with multiples, who is confident, gentle, and attentive.
Responsibilities include:
• Overnight care (feeding, burping, soothing, diaper changes)
• Supporting safe sleep practices
• Monitoring for reflux/gas discomfort
• Light baby-related tasks (bottle prep/cleaning, tidying feeding area)
Details:
• 2 nights per week (flexible on which nights)
• Overnight hours (e.g., ~8/9pm–6/7am, open to discussion)
• Located in Alexandria, VA
Requirements
- Multiples experience
- Sitter has own car
