Looking for Chinese-speaking full time nanny in Arlington VA

We are looking for an experienced and responsible full time nanny to take care of our 3 month old son in Arlington VA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (possible evenings requested)
You will take care of baby and may perform some light household tasks (tidy up, light laundry).
Must speak Mandarin and English.
Must be pet friendly (we have a dog and a cat)
My husband and I work from home most of the time so one of us will be in the house.
References and vaccinations required.
