This role is centered on intentional early learning, daily rhythm, and supporting our home-based values and routines.

Implement age-appropriate educational activities rooted in a chosen curriculum. Follow and uphold a structured daily schedule as outlined by the family. Support daily hygiene routines such as handwashing, brushing teeth, and overseeing lunch. Assist with diaper changes and potty training.
