ISO long-term, part-time career nanny to care for our almost 9-month-old son, starting ASAP. He’s cheerful, newly crawling, and starting solids. We live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near parks, shops, and a library.

$26–$28/hour, 16 guaranteed hours (8:30am–12:30pm M–TH), 5 paid PTO days (20 hours) + 7 paid holidays (when on scheduled workdays), W-2 payroll & written agreement

Developmentally informed, age-appropriate routines and strong communication. Comfortable in a home with a work-from-home parent. While this role is expected to remain part-time, there may be an opportunity for expanded hours in the future. Early childhood education knowledge (degree or coursework) preferred.
