We are seeking a structured and dependable professional babysitter to provide high-quality care for our infant, in our home. I currently work from my home, however my job requires my full attention during work hours. Our goal is to find a long-term fit who is passionate about child development and can maintain a consistent, nurturing routine. No cooking or cleaning is required.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with an occasional 11am-6pm (2-4 weekdays a month depending on my work from home schedule)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $225 a week
• Benefits: Off on weekends and designated holidays
Primary Responsibilities
• Child Development: Creating and implementing age-appropriate non-screen time activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Daily Logistics: Diaper Changes, Feeding infant, Educational activities (ABCs, 1,2,3’s etc) Playing/Reading with infant and overseeing nap or quiet-time routines.
• Safety: Ensuring a secure environment while in the home
Candidate Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience (babysitting, nanny, teaching, or daycare).
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications
• Transport: Must have reliable transportation to and from our home
• Credentials: Ability to provide 2-3 professional references and pass a comprehensive background check.
• Qualifications: Experience with infants and children
• Mobility: Must be able to carry, pick up/put down infant as needed. Must be able to go up and down stairs as needed with no issues.
