Two Crozet families seek an experienced nanny for a long-term nanny share for two infant girls. The nanny share will take place in one of our homes. Both families work from home. We provide a dedicated nanny space and backyard for outdoor time. Parking is available on-site, and the neighborhood offers plenty of outdoor space. We're also a short drive from a park, the library, and other community spaces. Each family has 1 dog and 1 cat.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers
Strong understanding of infant development, safety practices, and feeding/sleep routines
CPR & First Aid Certified, current on all vaccines (such as Tdap, flu, and COVID)
Non-smoker
Reliable transportation
Fluent in English
Excellent references (will be contacted)
Must consent to a background check
