Kids are 7 and 10. They go to school in DC - fair amount of driving involved. A lot of shuttling between activities, babysitting other times.
Main tasks:
- Taking kids from school to activities; being with them when they're unscheduled.
- Household Help - we have house cleaners twice a week, so no major cleaning. However, laundry is a main task, general tidying, keeping kids areas cleaned up (with their help!), helping kids clean up after themselves, etc.
- Kids grooming and organizing.
Hours - roughly, 12-6:30, M-F, plus an evening. Around 35 hours/week.
Currently paying $25/hour plus mileage, but open to discussion!
