Seeking full time caregiver for active preschooler in Herndon. W2 payroll position following household employee tax regulations.

**Requirements**
*39-40 hours weekly
*Duties: development milestone engagement, meal prep, potty learning, outdoor time, socialization, child-related housekeeping
*Sittercity background check, references, and work auth
*CPR/basic first aid
*Comfortable with stair flights
*No perfume/cologne onsite
*Reliable vehicle for commute
*W2 position only with employment contract
*PTO/sick time, holiday pay, guaranteed hours
*$22-25/hour DOE

- Sitter has own car
