We're looking for a warm, reliable Nanny/Mother's Helper for our energetic 22-month-old daughter. Mom will be home caring for a newborn, so we need an extra set of hands focused primarily on toddler care with some light household support.
Toddler Care (primary):
-Age-appropriate play, activities, and developmental learning
-Managing daily schedule, nap and rest routines
-Toddler meals, snacks, and cleanup
-Encouraging independence: tidying, toy pickup, simple routines
Safe, nurturing supervision throughout the day

Household Support (secondary):
-Toddler's laundry
-Keeping toddler areas tidy
-Light tidying & Light cooking
