Will negotiate a weekly /bi-weekly consistent salary payment to cover equal average of hours , gas expenses and any extras that may incur with the care of my 8-year-old son, while also ensuirng you get paid even on weeks you may barely work. My work schedule ranges from 0530-1:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. pr 9:30 p.m. - 05:30 a.m. and can possibly switch every 90 days.
