I’m reaching out to ask for some support with our toddler, who is 22 months old. My husband’s work schedule is irregular, and while he is very hands-on and in full alignment with caring for our child, his hours make it difficult to cover everything consistently.
What we’re looking for is someone who can help for about 2–3 hours at a time, roughly three times a week. The main focus would be keeping our toddler engaged, safe, and happy during those windows when my husband is working.
We’re not asking for a heavy time commitment—just some dependable, part-time help that allows us to balance work and family more smoothly.
