We're looking for a warm, energetic nanny for our 17-month-old son. Start around October 14th (flexible).

**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 9 AM–2 PM (25 hrs/week).

We're looking for someone who:
- Balances child-led free play with guided activities.
- Actively plays, talks, sings, reads, and explores with him.
- Encourages learning through colors, shapes, and language.
- Enjoys daily backyard play (weather permitting).

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare breakfast and lunch.
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- During naps, help with adult meal prep, dishwasher loading/unloading, and folding laundry.
