We are a loving family in the Issaquah Highlands seeking a reliable, patient part-time nanny to care for our 16-month-old child (42.5 biweekly). The ideal candidate enjoys working with toddlers and providing engaging, hands-on care through age-appropriate activities, outdoor walks, park visits, and local toddler outings using the family car. The nanny should be comfortable working in our home with one parent sometimes present and be comfortable around our family dog (no pet care required). Prior toddler experience, CPR cert, safe driving, schedule flexibility, and strong communication are important. We would like to do one or two paid trial runs before committing to a long-term arrangement.
