Parents returning to work in July (infant daughter will be 5 months at that time) and starting our search for the perfect fit for her care. Returning part-time to start, so care needs will be 2-3 days a week (in-home) for 5+ hour shifts; which days of the week still TBD until official return-to-work date gets closer (likely Tues / Wed / Thurs from 9:30-2:30 PM). Hours or arrangement could be flexible for the right nanny. Grandparents live next door so support is always nearby, and our nanny should expect to interact with grandparent(s) daily as part of a shared-care dynamic. Must also be comfortable around dogs on the property, though they will not require any care.
