Full time nanny for 10 month old girl and 2.5 year old boy!

We're looking for a full-time nanny for our two children. We have a baby girl who is almost 10 months and boy who is 2.5 yrs old. We live in Redmond and one of us is usually working from home. We also have two very friendly Golden Retriever dogs.
