Nanny needed for 3-month-old baby!

Need a nanny for my 3 months old baby at Sammamish, WA.
Hours- weekdays 9am to 3 pm. (Paid National holidays, 5 days of sick time, parking on our driveway)
Responsibilities- All baby related work; If infant is sleeping, we may ask to play with my old, reading stories; Sometimes folding clothes. Should be able to engage kids with age-appropriate activities.
Rate- $25/hour (long term requirement). May increase the rate if we like the work.
