They are looking for a nanny & a second family for a nanny share to take place in their home or near Phinney Ridge. If the caregiver is already caring for a toddler & the family is looking for another family to do a nanny share with, they would like to discuss! They are looking for care Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm starting July 7th.

Care includes preparing & feeding healthy meals/snacks, putting down for naps, diaper changes (eventually potty training), outside time (at least 1.5 hrs per day weather permitting), and creating fun & engaging activities that aid in the enrichment & development of the child(ren). The family is looking for additional housekeeping support with tidying up after the child(ren) with toys & general tidying up & cleaning the dishes. The family is looking for someone that ideally has experience with a nanny share. If they need to start out as a single family that is fine, but they are looking to add a family to the share! They are also looking for a caregiver that has at least 2+ years of experience caring for toddlers, is infant & child CPR & First Aid certified, is fully vaccinated (including flu, COVID-19, etc.), is a non-smoker, & is willing to provide references & complete an Enhanced Background Check through Sittercity (no cost to caregiver). They are also ideally looking for a caregiver that is familiar with toddler developmental stages/routines, gentle discipline, & the positive guidance approach.

They are a warm family with a happy & curious 17-month-old who loves books, snacks, music, & exploring outside! Both parents work from home. They value open communication, kindness, and creating a safe, engaging environment for little ones to grow & thrive. The family is offering $25-30 for 1 child or $35-40 for 2 families. There is available parking at their home, & benefits will be offered!
