We’re a West Seattle family looking for a full-time nanny starting in the coming months (ideally mid-August) for our two daughters, ages 3 years and 10 months. We're hoping to find someone warm, playful, and reliable—ideally with experience caring for young children and a knack for encouraging curiosity and learning through age-appropriate play.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (with some flexibility and early-ending Fridays), averaging around 35 hours per week. We're looking for someone excited to become part of our family’s rhythm and grow with us.
