Hello Nannies! We’re a friendly and fun family in West Seattle looking for a caring and experienced Full-Time nanny to help care for our 15-month-old twin boys. They are sweet, love to giggle, curious, and easygoing. We are looking for a nanny who is reliable and has strong communication. We have a declawed cat named Leo who is very friendly. We value a nurturing environment that supports our twin’s growth and development.

SCHEDULE:
Start Date: May 11th (or sooner)
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:45AM - 3:45PM (flexible)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for our twin boys. Specific responsibilities include:

Childcare: Providing attentive care, ensuring safety, and creating a nurturing environment. Occasionally helping to take the twins to appointments with parents.
Activities: Engaging the children in age-appropriate indoor and some outdoor activities, learning and development (i.e reading, singing), and ensuring a screen-free environment.
Feeding: Bottles, lunch, and snacks per schedule.
Naps: Putting down for nap time 2X per day.
Diapering: Changing diapers and monitoring throughout the day.
Light Housekeeping: Cleaning bottles and dishes, baby laundry, sanitizing baby-related surfaces, maintaining clean baby areas, and occasionally taking out the trash.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 7 years of relevant experience as a nanny, daycare teacher, or teacher
Up-to-date Certification in Infant CPR and First Aid (Not expired)
Up-to-date on vaccinations: Tdap, Covid, and Flu
Non-smoker
Valid driver’s license
Clean background check
References

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $34-$38/hour DOE
Sick Leave
Holidays paid if fall on a regular workday
