We want a nanny to support our family starting November 2nd, with some flexibility. It will be 40 hours a week 7:30AM to 3:30PM.

Feed bottles and solid foods according to the baby's schedule, track feeding amounts, and burp the baby as needed
Put the baby down for naps and manage the nap schedule, strictly following safe sleep guidelines: always place the baby on their back, with no blankets, pillows, or stuffed toys in the crib
Change diapers, dress the baby, and handle basic hygiene care, including eczema care (apply medication twice daily) and baths three times per week

Provide tummy time multiple times a day to support gross motor development
Take the baby on stroller walks outdoors daily when weather allows; switch to indoor activities in bad weather
Engage in language-rich interaction, such as reading books, talking, and singing
No screen time for the baby

Prepare and feed solid foods following the recipes and meal plan provided by the parents
New foods, especially common allergens such as eggs and peanuts, will be introduced by the parents at home first; the nanny will only offer them after the parents confirm the baby tolerates them well

Clean and tidy the baby's play area during naps
Wash and fold the baby's laundry
Clean and sterilize bottles, feeding utensils, and toys

Keep a daily log of feeding amounts, sleep duration, diaper changes, and any notable events (via an app or on paper)
