My husband and I are looking for care for our 10-month-old daughter. We would like someone to come to our home. Hours would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30pm. I work in home as a psychologist, and my husband is an engineer and splits his time between office and work from home. We work on a separate level of the home but will be around to say hi to our daughter, and generally have lunch with her and her caregiver each day.
Our daughter is active and curious, and we would like her caregiver to keep her engaged and feeling nurtured. She has several severe food allergies, so knowledge of food allergies, or willingness to learn is very important. We also ask that her caregiver does not bring her allergens into the home (dairy, peanut, tree nut). We would love to build a strong relationship with her nanny!
We need care 3 days a week, but our very close family friends (also a psychologist and an engineer) will need care for their two children for 2 days a week starting in July. This could be a possible nanny share situation if desired! They live only 3 minutes away, and our values are very aligned.
