New to Madison (UW Hospital) from Ann Arbor, we are an active family moving to Nakoma in Feb with 3 kids (9mo, 3y, 5y) & a puppy. We need a proactive Nanny/Household Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage the "kid zone" independently, handle light household tasks (dishes, laundry, evening reset), and jump in without a checklist.

Spanish speaking is a strong preference for our kids' language goals!

Schedule: ~20-30 hrs/wk (20 hours guaranteed). Core: Tue-Thu 3-8 PM + Sat/Sun afternoon/evening availability (flexible). Qualifications: 3-5 yrs exp with multiple young kids, reliable car, & pet-friendly. Pay: negotiable (W-2). Start: ASAP but negotiable.
