Hello and thanks for visiting my profile! My name is Valyn, and I'm a happy, spry young woman with a big heart and a love for children, plants, and animals. I have over 10 years of babysitting and pet-sitting experience and have spent a year and a half as nanny for two boys, aged 16mo-3yr and 3-4 1/2, as well as a short-term live-in nanny for a 9 y/o. I am also a certified CDA with emphasis on preschool age children; I hold current food handler's, CPR & first aid certifications, and due to my previous positions in childcare centers I have been fingerprinted and background-checked consistently. Most recently I have worked in childcare center settings, as office support staff as well as a lead preschool teaching position.
