Kaitlynn is AMAZING! We've hired her on as a part-time sitter during the week. Our toddler has disabilities and Kaitlynn is so wonderful with her. She jumped right in to learn how to use all of my toddler's various devices, interact with therapists, and use the feeding tube. Kaitlynn is wonderful at redirecting our toddler when she is upset and she keeps the toddler engaged in play. We feel so fortunate to have found Kaitlynn!
