Hi, I'm Crystal! After 10 years of working in the corporate world & spending my free time, caring for children, I made the bold decision to professionally pursue my passion in childcare. I've spent the past two years working as a nanny & household manager for a wonderful family who became my chosen family. Prior to that, I have years of experience with babies - volunteering in the nursery at church & the NICU at UAB Hospital. I was also a volunteer CASA for children in foster care for almost two years.
