My husband and I have been married for 28 years. Two years after we were married, I found out I couldn't have children; we ultimately became foster parents (for approx 10 years) and adopted a sibling group of 3 brothers. All 3 had issues due to drug use during pregnancy and had some type of special needs. All children are special, but this experience taught me more about loving and caring for children than I thought was possible. We fostered more than 20 kids. Sometimes have 5 under the age of 5. Some being teenagers. After working for 25 years in an office setting, I want to do something with what I am passionate about... CHILDREN!!
