I love children. When I was a young girl, I decided all I wanted was to have children and become a teacher. Well, I did both! I have three of my own children. I previously worked as a Christian daycare and preschool teacher for 7 years. While employed there, I was not only responsible for caring for children's basic needs but also music, art, various learning activities and school preparedness. I believe children are a special gift from God and I treat them as such. This is not a job for me but rather me doing something I will love and enjoy. I have completed over 100 hours of continuing education for child development. I was certified in first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross. My certification has lapsed but I will be reinstating it ASAP.
