*Qualifications CPR/BLS *Experience I'm currently an Early Childhood and Elementary Education major at a university. In taking my classes, I've had several encounters with small children. In completing these classes, teachers gave me permission to tutor students or aid in lessons of practice, as well as supervision. To add, I am an ongoing volunteer at a Women and Children's shelter, where I provide childcare when needed. Here, I'm able to engage children in small activities, take outside when possible, and played movies. As for the infants, I made sure they were fed, changed and content upon mother's return. *Reason for becoming a caregiver I've always loved small children and babies. I believe that it only takes patience and the right attitude to be able to understand them. I want to assure parents/ guardians ease in being away and the safety of their child(ren).
