I am a junior at the University of Montevallo. I have three years of experience working as a tutor employed by the Haleyville Board of Education for ages K-12 and have tutored college level courses for two years. I have experience regularly babysitting two siblings (male and female) for three years (five days a week every summer) as well as various baby sitting jobs for families at my home church. I have worked with groups as large as 5 children, young children, and children with Autism. I also routinely taught an art therapy course for autistic children at Haleyville Elementary School. I grew up as an only child, so babysitting was always a very enjoyable experience for me. I currently do research on first-generation college students and am an advocate for higher education pathways for all children.
