Hi my name is Brittany! I am 21 years old. I currently work with 2 children , but am looking for a full time permanent employment. I've always been a compassionate person. From a young age I have enjoyed helping others. I helped the special ed classes in middle school. Through the years I've cared for kids with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia as well. All children are special in their own way and deserve to have someone who will help them embrace their differences, Indivudality,and strengths. Getting to be apart of any child's growth and help them is a huge joy in my life. I started working with kids at the age of 14. My first job was caring for 4 kids. An infant,3 yr old,5yr old, and 6yr old siblings. Since then I continued working with children anytime I was given a job opportunity. In the past, I have also been a preschool teacher for 2-3 year olds. Having a structured day and learning is always important for little ones! Things I believe that are just as important for them is practicing kindness torwards one another, sharing, manners(please and thankyou), cleaning up our toys, arts& craft, and play time! Even though I'm not a teacher anymore in a dayschool setting, I take what I've learned as a teacher and years of experience working with kids, wherever I go. I believe as adults our jobs are to guide them, to help them, and remind them they are special & loved!
